• Supervision of construction works for football fields, padel/tennis courts, and Olympic-size swimming pool.

• Coordination between client, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.

• Quality control through inspections of structural, architectural, and MEP works.

• Monitoring progress and providing periodic reports.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and international sports standards.

• Overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handover of facilities.
